VON BASE ENTERPRISES · UPDATED OCTOBER 9, 2026

Community privacy.

When you join the Beastiarch community, Von Base Enterprises collects your preferred name, email, reason for joining, and any optional gaming handles, platform preferences or notes you choose to share. We record your contact consent and whether you separately opted in to development updates.

How we use it

We use these details to manage community interest, respond to your signup, and coordinate possible playtests or contributions. Development updates are optional. Signing up does not guarantee an invitation, game key, Discord membership, or release on any platform.

Who can see it

Signups are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database managed through our existing Sites application. The studio owner can view and export them through an authenticated dashboard. Your email, gaming handles and notes are not displayed on the public site. We do not ask for account passwords, connect your gaming accounts, or sell signup information.

Storage and your choices

We keep signup records while they are needed to manage the project’s community or until you request removal. You can ask to view, correct or remove your details, or stop development updates, by contacting Von Base Enterprises through your existing studio Discord conversation or the studio website. Tell us the name or email you used; we may need to verify the request.

Technical services

Cloudflare hosts this page and video files. The form submits directly to our existing community application hosted with Sites. Requests include ordinary connection information; an hourly hash of the request IP is used for signup rate limits, and those limit records expire and are cleaned up. Fonts load from Google Fonts. This page uses no advertising analytics or tracking cookies.

Please share only your public gaming names and information relevant to the project. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
